抗日战争胜利后，东三省仍有各种势力存在，包括横行霸道的九山十八岗悍匪和动摇不定的中间势力。为了剿灭这些势力，东北民主联军派遣侦查排长杨建峰参加行动。在政委吴润东的带领下，杨建峰冒着生命危险，深入敌后，与敌匪智斗。他巧妙地运用情感、理性和威慑手段，说服了猛虎山女首领丹娘及其部下，最终粉碎了国民党反动派的阴谋，使丹娘和她的手下彻底归顺，共同铲除了周边的九山十八岗匪寇。 展开全部
