剧情介绍
得一笔奖学金资助，张一鹏（刘德华）获得去法国留学深造的机会，学成归国后，他被任命为上海市禁烟（鸦片）行动的第一专员。 张在法经西方文化与价值观熏陶，十分书生意气，刚携妻子（陈少霞）来到上海，便展开一系列动作，不知中国与西方国家国情有别，难有健全的法律体系及社会秩序：警察署长倪坤（顾宝明）和大毒枭戴济民（刘松仁）是拜把兄弟，两人一起控制着包括贩卖鸦片在内的上海所有的非法交易，见数次向张行贿无果，他们发毒誓要让张生不如死。 展开全部
