剧情介绍
王扬鸣毕业前夕因与导师在医学实验上不能达成一致，决定从科研转向临床，加入瑞仁医院急诊科。在急诊科的工作中，他不断追求医学技能的精进，处理老年人室颤、热射病等疑难病例，并与三位同事胖子路易、祖闻达和刘非共同组成了“急诊四杰”在竞争中不断进步。在互相见证成长和改变的过程中，四人收获了深厚的友情和爱情，经历了聚散离合。然而，他们都坚持不变的信念：哪里有最危重的病人，他们就会在哪里。当王扬鸣面对医疗生涯中最棘手的心脏病人时，四杰再度聚首，共同努力战胜困难，最终成功治愈病人。 展开全部
